Deactivate any Activated Mods Using JSGMe and unpack over your 4.08 patched il2 and delete the MODS and FILES folders before installing

For those who have Downloaded the previous  1.7 Update Patch release
here is the On-Line fix that Fixes the Freezes at 90% along with the On-Line issues.

HOW-TO Extract "UP_1.7_Full_s.7z" splitted package

• install 7zip  freeware if you dont have it yet available here http://www.7-zip.org/
• after you get all the files, right-click over 1st downloaded file and select 7-Zip -> Extract To "UP_1.7_Full_s\" funtion in contextual menu
• the whole content will be extracted to the selected folder,
• copy the content of this folder inside il2 program one.
